Local Deliveries
The delivery fee will be calculated based on the delivery address provided during checkout.
Requests for Specific Delivery Times
Due to multiple variables—including traffic conditions in key areas such as Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and South Florida—we are unable to guarantee deliveries at a precise time. However, you may request a preferred delivery time frame by filling in the special instructions box when placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Additionally, you are welcome to call any of our boutiques so that one of our team members can personally assist with your request.
If the Recipient Is Not Home
In the event that the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, we will contact you by phone unless you have provided specific instructions otherwise. While we make every effort to reach you, if we are unable to do so, we may leave the delivery in a secure location (such as a shaded area on the front porch, with a neighbor) or leave a message to arrange for a future delivery.
The Recipient May Be Contacted
To ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery or to verify the delivery address, we may need to contact the recipient—unless you instruct us not to via the special instructions box during checkout.
Cancellations
All cancellation requests must be submitted by calling 1(844) 707-0707 at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or shipping date.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales made at Divine Fleurs are final. We provide a service that includes perishable items which are sensitive to temperature, moisture, and light. The only exception is when a defective product is received. In such cases, any claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the flowers, accompanied by a photo of the arrangement sent to info@divinefleurs.com. Please keep in mind that flowers are perishable and require proper care; it is the recipient’s responsibility to follow the care instructions provided.
Dynamic Delivery and Pickup Scheduling
Divine Fleurs offers a dynamic scheduling system for both delivery and local pickup, ensuring you have flexible options to receive your order. Our online checkout system automatically calculates the earliest available delivery date based on factors such as the current time and product-specific tags (for example, items with a NEXTDAY tag).
If your order contains products marked for next-day delivery and it is placed before 2:00 PM, delivery can be scheduled for the same day. Otherwise, the earliest available delivery date will be the following day. For deliveries, fixed time slots are provided: 10 AM – 1 PM, 1 PM – 4 PM, and 4 PM – 7 PM. For local pickups, our system generates 30-minute interval options based on the day of the week, offering additional flexibility during pickup hours.
During checkout, additional recipient and delivery details—including the recipient’s name, phone number, delivery address, and specific instructions—are collected. This ensures that our team can accurately process and fulfill your order according to your preferred method (delivery or local pickup).
